In the U.S. The dominant culture is those in the middle class and above. Improving Schools principles and teacher can motivate a students education. Even in School the pupils begin to realize that this is the way it is. This can slow down a students confidence and education. A student can feel useless and lonely and unwelcomed at his or her school. Improving the diversity of Principles and teachers will benefit the student on his education. Having a more diverse rate among the outcomes, students will realize overtime.
Also racism is a pretty big issue in schools today. In schools racism can be manifested into different forms. A student of color can be punished differently than a student that is white. This could mean suspensions, overall grade and behavior.
